This is an online Continuing Legal Education course discussing the obligation of a plaintiff to bring specificity in adversary proceeding complaints.
This course has 3 modules. After successful completion of the course, a “Certificate of Completion” will be generated with the name of the attorney and the date of completion of the course pre-printed on the certificate. You must save this certificate to your computer and send a copy to the course provider via e-mail (to: firstname.lastname@example.org and cc: email@example.com) requesting for grant of the “Certificate of Attendance”. Mention the name of your state in the same e-mail.
