An Introduction to Bankruptcy Preference Laws


This is an online Continuing Legal Education course on the Bankruptcy Preference Laws under Section 547 of Title 11 of the U.S. Code. The speaker, Roland Gary Jones, Esq., a seasoned bankruptcy attorney, introduces preference clawback law by discussing the elements of a preference and general defenses to a preference claim.
