COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This is an online Continuing Legal Education course on the Bankruptcy Fraudulent Conveyance Laws under Section 548 of Title 11 of the U.S. Code. The speaker, Roland Gary Jones, Esq., a seasoned bankruptcy attorney, introduces fraudulent transfers clawback law by discussing the elements of a fraudulent transfer and general defenses to a fraudulent transfers claim.

The course will address the following topics:

  • An introduction to bankruptcy fraudulent transfers laws
  • The elements to a fraudulent transfer
  • The defenses to a fraudulent transfers claim
